mVisitor Mobile App – User Guide

Brela Tourist Board provides its members with free access to the mVisitor app, enabling quick and easy registration and de-registration of tourists in the national eVisitor system.

Once the mVisitor app is downloaded to a mobile device, renters can easily register their guests. The application features digital scanning of personal documents and automatically forwards the necessary data for tourist registration to the national eVisitor system.

Instructions for using the mVisitor app:
Download the app: find mVisitor on the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
Log in: after installation, log into the app using your OIB (username) and your eVisitor password.

Ways to enter guest data:
Digital scanning: you can scan guest documents digitally or enter them manually through the app.
Personalized link: you can send a personalized link directly from the app to the guest. They use the link to enter their details and send them back to you for authorization.
QR code: you can create and print a document with a QR code in the app to display in your property. The guest scans the QR code, which directs them to a personalized website where they enter their data and submit it to you for authorization.

Finalize registration: once you have verified the guest data, click the "Register Guests" (Prijavi Goste) button within the mVisitor app. The data is then automatically forwarded to eVisitor.
