Money

Official currency in Croatia is Croatian kuna (1 kuna = 100 lipa). The foreign currency can be exchanged in the exchange offices, post offices and tourist agencies, as well as the hotel receptions.

Climate

Brela has a Mediterranean climate. The average air temperature in the hottest month is above 22°C, and in the coldest month above 4°C.
The sea is maintained and clean, and the bathing season lasts from May until October, with the highest temperatures in July and August.
The mild mistral will freshen you up in the summer evenings – it is a typical Adriatic north-west wind that blows during nice weather.

Water

Water can be drunk out of the tap, and the source is the Cetina River (105 km).

From the main highway “Jadranska magistrala” (Breljanska cesta – Brela Road) go to the Put Solina Street.
Charge by hour parking space: by the Our Lady of Carmel Church (Lady of Carmel Square (Gospa od Karmela Square): 1h=20 kuna;
Punta Rata beach: 1h=20 kuna
